We can use a british style with putting the minutes before hours. Example:
1.    12.30 PM : it is a half past twelve
2.    06.15 AM : it is a quarter past six

                 14.15         : it is a quarter past fourteen
                 08.20         : it’s twenty past eight
     10.30         : it’s a half past ten

3.    14.45 PM : it is a quarter to fifteen
4.    06.25 AM : it is twenty five minutes past six
5.    07.35 AM : it is twenty five minutes to eight
6.    03.55 AM : it is five minutes to four o’clock

Ø  American
We can use American style with putting hours before minutes. But in American we don’t use a quarter, a half, past and to. Example:
1.    01.30 PM : one thirty
2.    10.15 AM : ten fifteen
3.    01.20 AM : one twenty
4.    21.26 PM : nine (twenty one) twenty six
5.    10.39 AM : ten thirty nine
6.    20.44 PM : eight (twenty) fourty four
